The league continues….

After a few weeks off, Erdington were eager to get back to playing. They welcomed a tough side to Spring Lane in the form of current league leaders Birmingham and Solihull Bees.

Overall it was a difficult game for Erdington, who battled well but could not contain the continued pressure from Bees and spent most of the game on the back foot. Despite Erdington battling well the first half ended 0-19.

The second half continued in the same way as the first with Erdington being pinned back for the majority. Despite defensive effort the final score was 0-36.

Reflecting on the game all Erdington players stuck to the game plan, defended well and can be proud of how hard they worked.

The league continues next week as Erdington will make the journey to play Camp Hill 3XV on Saturday 23rd.
