Erdington entertained Handsworth 2’s at spring Lane an a beautiful sunny afternoon prime rugby weather.
Both teams were up for a game today and the first half did not disappoint. The scoring swayed to and fro with both teams matching each other on the scoreboard, however Erdingtons pack was dominating the Handsworth forwards in the scrum and this would bear fruit throughout the game.
Erdingtons dominance up front was providing the platform for the backs to be released and they scored some stunning try’s which must of really impressed the coaching team. This performance was really well rounded and everything appeared to click into gear, lots of positives going forward.
A fantastic team performance that all involved must be incredible proud of.
Try scorers:
Jamie Clarke 3
Jamaal Simms 3

Man of the match went to Jamie Clarke, who was on fire bursting through the Handsworth defence, however this accolade could of gone to anyone as this was a fantastic team performance, with every player putting in a proper shift.
Final score 59-33 in favour of Erdington.
