Safeguarding & Wellbeing

Creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment for everyone at Erdington Rugby Club.

The safety and wellbeing of our players, particularly children and young people, is central to everything we do at ERFC.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

Erdington Rugby Club is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and positive environment where children, young people and adults can enjoy rugby and feel respected and supported.

The club operates in line with Rugby Football Union (RFU) safeguarding standards, policies and guidance, helping ensure appropriate safeguarding practices are followed across the club.

Everyone involved with ERFC has a role to play in safeguarding and protecting the wellbeing of our rugby community.

If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a player, we encourage you to raise it with the club’s designated safeguarding contact.
